About this site

This isn’t a blog for hot takes, life hacks, or ten-step plans.

It’s a quiet place to notice what’s shifting—inside you, around you, and in the spaces between what’s said and what isn’t.

Stone & Tides is rooted in two ideas:

Stone: grounded, still, truth that doesn’t move when the storm comes.
Tides: change, emotion, the messy and honest currents we try to ignore—but feel anyway.

Why I Write Here

I write because sometimes the things we don’t say build up.
And because not everything has to be a brand or a breakthrough to be worth naming.

These essays are my way of tracing the outline of things I can’t always explain out loud—questions, boundaries, grief, resilience, silence.

Maybe they’ll echo something in you. Maybe they won’t. That’s fine.

I’m not here to be a guide. I’m here to be honest.

What You’ll Find

Just Soft thoughts. Hard truths.

You can start here if you’d like a gentle nudge in the right direction.

Or subscribe if you want to get future essays in your inbox—occasional, intentional, no noise.

One Last Thing

You’re allowed to change.
You’re allowed to feel something and not know what to do with it.
You’re allowed to leave things unfinished.

This is a place for all of that.
